Vishwajeet Sinha, an IIT Kanpur alumnus, has over 18 years of experience in sales, consulting, and operations in e-commerce logistics, renewable energy, and agritech. In his previous role as Senior Director in CEO’s Office at Delhivery, Vishwajeet managed Kaizen projects and later headed pan-India last mile Capacity Building.
He previously managed supply chain for Hyperpure, Zomato's B2B restaurant supply business. Before Zomato, he founded Oxen, a farm equipment rental agritech startup. Vishwajeet has also worked as a Senior Advisor at GIZ, a German government agency, on renewable energy and agribusiness projects. Before GIZ, Vishwajeet worked at INI Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm, where he was deputed under a turnaround management assignment to head International Sales at India’s largest horticulture exports company Desai Fruits and Vegetables. Vishwajeet started his career at PricewarehouseCoopers as an ERP Consultant.
Sumit Gupta is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur with over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience in IT consulting and services. He has an impressive track record of designing end-to-end solutions in Digital Transformation, Cloud and DevOps, Android, iOS, Web Solutions, IoT, Blockchain, and Process Automation. Sumit has successfully managed clients across India, the USA, Europe, and Israel.
Across his career, he has gained industry exposure in healthcare, BFSI, travel, and SaaS sectors. He previously held the position of CTO at LabForSure, a diagnostic sample collection logistics platform that was acquired by 1MG.
Manish Agarwal, an IIT Kanpur alumnus, brings over 18 years of experience in technology leadership roles. As the Chief Architect at Mercer Mettl, one of India’s largest online assessment companies, Manish was instrumental in driving innovative solutions. He has also served as the Lead Solutions Architect for PMG Disha, a digital literacy program by the Indian government, which successfully enrolled 60 million candidates.
In addition, Manish has a rich technology background as a Technical Lead at itaas, a Cognizant company specializing in software services for interactive digital video delivery across cable, IP, and mobile platforms. His expertise further extends to his role as a Solutions Architect Advisor at Dell Services.
Rajiv has over 32 years of experience in India, Singapore, and the US. Rajiv has held senior management roles at companies such as Fujitsu, General Motors, France Telecom, and HCL Perot Systems, contributing to the launch of various products and services for the US and European markets.
In addition to his extensive experience in software development, Rajiv has been associated with the Centre of Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) at IIM Ahmedabad as a mentor. There, he has helped startups shape their ideas into reality and scale their operations. Rajiv’s industry expertise spans telecom, retail, and social networking, making him a valuable asset in the technology services sector.
